Mining vehicles in both open-pit and underground operations are subjected to long-term high-load working conditions. It operates reliably under long-term bumpy conditions and dust accumulation, effectively eliminating false alarms, missed detections, and equipment failures. The system is equipped with an all-encompassing, dead-zone-free detection matrix, with multiple point‑based real‑time fire source detectors covering blind spots such as compartment corners, wiring gaps, and the interiors of distribution boxes, enabling early fire identification and early response, thereby seizing the critical golden time for fire suppression.

Backed by mature product performance, the system has been deployed in major coal mines across Indonesia, Pakistan, Mongolia, and other countries. In one particular coal mine, multiple explosion‑proof trackless rubber‑tyred vehicles were custom‑fitted with the water‑based fire extinguishing system. The installation optimized the spray nozzle positions and piping layout in the engine compartment, effectively resolving early‑stage oil fires and localized smoldering fire risks, while perfectly adapting to the humid, confined underground conditions—earning approval from the mine’s safety department upon acceptance.
